Here’s how we will be spending our time together:
1. Individual Behavioral & Communication Assessment
We’ll learn our strengths and weaknesses when it comes to communication, and what we can do to be better heard and understood.
2. Intensive Group Course Work
We will meet weekly to dive into your business’s details during our 16-hour group course work. We will use interactive discussions facilitated by Mike, as well as over 400 pages of proprietary materials as the foundation of the curriculum.
3. 1:1 Coaching Session
In addition to the group course, you will receive a one-on-one advisory session with Mike to discuss your strategic plan. You will learn how you to use lessons learned in the course to overcome challenges and make your business the best it can be.
